Mangalitsa & Red Wattle Pigs
Our wooly, heritage pigs are forest-raised, Â and live a natural life. They forage and contribute to woodland management while producing piglets to become ethically raised, flavourful pork products.
Mangalitsa pork is a highly nutritious meat known for its intense, buttery flavour, deep red colour, and superior fat quality often compared to olive oil. It boasts high levels of monounsaturated fats (oleic acid), essential Omega-3 fatty acids, and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), making it a heart-healthy, nutrient-dense, and easily digestible protein choice.

Red wattle pigs boast many of the same benefits of mangalitsa pigs, as they are also excellent foragers and cold-hardy creatures. However, they grow at a faster rate.
